I'll buy the second drink. Joe D. No star on his national defense service either. He would have rated a second award. With that many ribbons you would wear them 4 or 5 deep because no ribbon con be covered by I believe half. His collor is covering most of the upper ones. Of course they are out of order. Most of all he is one ugly or should I say fugly dude. He's not good looking like the rest of us. HAHAHAHA Joe D.

Every thing is good here, now that the weather has changed some. Its dropped to the mid 80's so far this week and we are enjoying it. Sure am looking forward to the reunion in Oct. I just reconfirmed our reservations at the Quality Inn in Havelock. If our health holds up we will be there.

Do any of you Chu-Lai guys know anything about someone from Crash Crew getting wounded during the TET offenceive I was there but don't remember anyone getting wounded. There is a guy I heard about the other day who received a Purple Heart during the attack. He was in Crash Crew at the time. I won't say his name for now but if anyone remembers a crash crew member getting wounded pleas let me know. That was the TET of 68. Semper Fi Joe D.

Terry I should know you. I was in MAG-12 but I was farmed out to MAG-13. Cloma Brock was my Crew Chief that night. I heard a crash crewman slipped on a pallet and hurt his foot. Not Purple Heart stuff I wouldn't think so anyway. Well thanks for the info. I was on the flight line also fighting fires but I don't remember anyone getting hurt or wounded. Semper Fi, JoeD.

Stretch, Before i asked the question, i knew you would have the answer. Thanks Terry Sorry about that. ;D I had misplaced my stuff years ago, and bought replacements there. Good folks. I still want to have a shadowbox for my Dad's stuff, as well as mine. They can hook you up for all the display stuff as well.

Call or e-mail Bill and give him the heads-up. He'll need a final count before October 1.
