Bill Weldon did our paths cross while in the Corps 61-89? Your name rings a bell for some reason, or maybe I'm just getting old, be 62 tomorrow (9th Feb) and feel every bit of it. Let me know if we crossed paths.
Thanks

Thanks Bill Guess we did cross paths. Cherry Point, NVM together. Do you remember the CFR barn when it was located down below the snack bars in the old tower? Anyway, we go way back together. Good to hear from the old timers, not many of us left.

Hi Ron, Yep I remember the old barn at Cherry Point, the stairs coming down from the day room were a blast LOL,almost got ran over if you slowed down coming down when the claxon horn sounded. Do you rember the A4 pilot who was making touch and go's and ejected when me touched down, his chute opened just befor he hit the ground, and the A4 got airborne by it's self, and banked towards the woods,if it had banked the other way it would have hit the flight line loaded with planes, we were lucky that day. I still think about that sweet 1958 black Chev you had with the red interior, big as a battleship. I think you were living at Morehead city at the time.
