Hi, I am Joe Post, I was at Chu Lai in 1967 and I left in Jan 1968. I was a Sgt at that time, I retired as GySgt in 77

Hi Joe I do remember you now. Its so hard to remember name from 36 years ago. I do remember a Al Landers and James Cook but he passed away when he was on leave.

No Joe, Jim was in a car wreck while on leave. I have no idea what happened to Al. When did you come over there?

I got to Chu Lai in March 1967 and left Jan 1968. Do you remember Jim Elrod he was a Sgt there.

TEXT Terry, Do u remember a GySgt Noe, GySgt Wasno, Msgt Wilford and 1stLt Hicks. They were all there in 1967. GySgt Wasno was the one who got the plywood to build the buildings we had at the crew.

Joe, Do remember Hicks, Wilford and Noe. How bout cpl. Hubbard, cpl Searcy ssgt Cerdas,? They were all there we first got the crew set up.

Terry, The names of Hubbard and Searcy does sound familar but not Cerdas. I just looked a a picture of the Sgt hut there at Chu Lai and on a bunk there is a name plate w/Hubbards name on it. What is your e-mail address, I'll try ta send you some pictures at Chu Lai, that is you are interested.
