Who is breathing out there? Hay does anyone know what the deal was with the " Girl" at the reunion that gave the lap dance? I'm for having fun but that was bad taste and a lot of people seemed to be upset about it. I mean during a salute to our fallen comrads and the Marine Corps Hymn come on. I think we need a little better guide lines as to lap dances at the reunion whats your feelings out there?

Mike, I thought the same thing. When I saw what was going on, I turned back to Bernie and ignored her. I don't think Bernie ever saw what folks were laughing at.
She was just some chick who was hanging out in the hotel bar, waiting to go to a costume party. I don't remember who led her in, but he had gone to the can or something, and brought her back just as a joke.
The timing couldn't have been worse, though... while Bernie was playing in honor of our fallen friends.
Honestly though, it was just bad timing. A few minutes earlier or later and it would have gotten a lot of well-deserved laughs.
Water under the bridge now...

I had a great ride, thanks. Took the long way home...
I left Havelock Sunday morning at about 10:00 and rode to Cedar Island, where I caught a ferry boat to Ocracoke Island. Checked out the lighhouse there, then rode north to catch another ferry to Hattaras.
Then I rode the Outer Banks north (stopping at the Cape Hattaras lighthouse) to Nag's Head, then turned inland and caught the interstate at Rocky Mount and back to Ga.
In all, I was in the saddle for 17 hours and 760 miles.
Had a huge time. Men's Liberation, baby!
